就目前市面上的制砂設(shè)備來說，VSI系列的制砂機(jī)還算是比較新型的，跟傳統(tǒng)制砂設(shè)備相比，它能節(jié)能50%，同功率下，產(chǎn)量提升30%左右。它可以把各種巖石、砂石，河卵石破碎制成附和各種粒度的建筑用砂，其成品砂質(zhì)粒度均勻、耐壓強(qiáng)度高，遠(yuǎn)比天然砂、普通錘式打砂機(jī)生產(chǎn)的砂更符合建筑要求，提高建筑質(zhì)量。

2、工作原理

VSI制砂機(jī)的破碎工作原理，可分為‘石打石’和‘石打鐵’兩種，主要流程細(xì)節(jié)如下：

1. 當(dāng)物料進(jìn)入進(jìn)料斗，經(jīng)中心進(jìn)料孔進(jìn)入，經(jīng)高速轉(zhuǎn)動后拋出；

2. 拋出的物料，先與反彈后自由下落的一部分物料進(jìn)行撞擊破碎，這就是所謂的‘石打石’模式；

3. 撞擊后，拋出物料與下落物料一起沖擊到周圍的渦流腔內(nèi)的渦狀料襯上（或反擊塊上）破碎，這就是所謂的‘石打鐵’模式；

4. 物料與反擊塊撞擊，先反彈至破碎腔頂部，后自由落下，與從葉輪流道發(fā)射出來的物料撞擊形成連續(xù)的物料幕，如此又是一輪‘石打石’、‘石打鐵’模式；

5. 最后，破碎的物料經(jīng)由下部排料口排出；

   Hydraulic device, easier maintenance—Hydraulic system installed for opening cover of the machine makes it easier and quicker for checking, maintaining and changing wear parts inside the crushing chamber. 

5. 稀油潤滑、自動保養(yǎng)——配備獨(dú)立稀油潤滑站，雙油泵互補(bǔ)保證供油，無油流、無油壓時(shí)自動停機(jī)；  油液冷卻及加熱裝置確保軸承潤滑始終處于最佳狀態(tài)。從而徹底解決軸承發(fā)熱等問題，使主軸軸承保持恒溫，延長維護(hù)周期和使用壽命。

   Lubricated with thin oil, maintain automatically—Independent thin oil lubrication station is installed. Design of dual oil pump ensures the complementary oil supply with each other. Machine stops automatically in case of no oil flow or pressure. Cooling and heating equipment for oil guarantees the best condition of the lubrication of the bearing all the time. It thus completely solved the heating problem of the bearing, keeps the spindle bearing at constant temperature, and finally prolongs the maintenance cycle and service life.
